The Press-Secretary of the Russian President Natallia Tsimakova has confirmed that Dmitry Medvedev greeted Lukashenka on re-election as President of Belarus.
"Taking into consideration the official numbers published by the Belarusian CEC and the report of the head of Russia's Central Election Commission Uladzimir Churou about the observers' conclusions, this letter has been sent— said Tsimakova, reports RIA Novosti.
