Minsk authorities demand to remove snow again
Minsk City Executive Committee has sent Minskers another SMS with a pressing request to remove snow.
Many Minskers received such messages on January 14. People were indignant: “Who taught them manners?” asked some of the hundreds of social networks users commenting on the actions of Minsk City Executive Committee.
Others laughed at the SMS and stared writing their own messages.
The press secretary of the Ministry for Emergency even asked people to stop phoning 101 (the SMS was sent from there) because they were overloading the emergency line.
