Minsk residents to dismantle satellite dishes by July 1
Residents of Belarus capital city of Minsk are urged by utilities services center to remove their satellite dishes from walls and facades.
The photograph of the invoice by a utilities service center in Minsk was posted on the internet by Live Journal user internautus. The document clearly demands that "private satellite dishes be dismantled by 01.07.2013."
The resolution by the Council of Ministers, effective from late May 2013, bans physical and legal persons to mount sattelite equipment and air conditioners without prior approval by local authorities.
Meanwhile, the Council of Ministers'resolution was slammed by SB - Belarus Segodnya newspaper, the official mouthpiece of the presidential administration of Belarus.
