More than a million Russians spoilt their ballots
More than a million Russians spoilt their ballots during the last presidential election. The head of the Central Election Commission Vladimir Churov informed about it. He claims that it was done “for various reasons” and that it was not only a protest. About 100 hundred people took their ballots home. Churov thinks that it is “a normal number for Russia”.
