Motorcyclist Eric Palante and 2 people die at Dakar Rally
The tragedy has occurred during the fifth stage of the rally in South America.
The 50-year-old motorcyclist from Belgium (in the photo) died yesterday. It is still not clear what exactly happened to him. Palante was representing Honda at the rally. He had five children.
Eric Palante became the 23rd participant of Dakar who died at the rally in 36 years.
Two viewers who were following rally participants in their car also died. The car turned over in a dangerous section of the road.
