New video surveillance system tested on Brest-Moscow highway
A new video fixation system that helps detect the number plates of the vehicles violating the traffic rules has been tested on the M1 Brest-Moscow highway. The new-generation radar reacts to overspeeding. The reckless drivers will be fined by post. Almost 100 cameras will be installed along the highway, especiall on the so called black spots.
