Opposition member Kasiyanov collects 2 million signatures in his support
A former Prime Minister of Russia Mihail Kasiyanov has collected 2 million signatures in his support and is going to run for the country’s President, reports “Eho Moskvy”.
Kasiyanov is the leader of the opposition Russian People’s Democratic Union. The Russian Central Election Commission has already registered two candidates for presidency: the leader of the Communist Party Gennadi Zyuganov and the leader of liberal democrats Vladimir Zhrinovski.
Let us remind you that the vice Prime Minister Dmitri Medvedev will represent the authorities’ party at the election that will take place on March 2.
