Belarus' opposition experts urged the Belarusian leader to disband the Council
of Ministers and appoint Yaraslau Ramanchuk, deputy chairman of the opposition
United Civic Party (UCP), as the country's top anti-crisis manager. The group led by Ramanchuk unveiled its anti-crisis
plan at a news conference in Minsk.
It says that the proposals are aimed to improve governance and debureaucratize
