A 41-year-old woman has been detained in Vitsebsk for pickpocketing. The criminal “worked” in shops and specialized in elderly people. Thus, she cut a bag of an 87-year-old pensioner and stole a million rubles. She stole 240 thousand rubles from the bag of an 84-year-old woman on the same day.
