Pinsk entrepreneur is fined for “disobedience to the police”
Pinsk court has fined a Pinsk entrepreneur Alyaksandr Vasiliyeu for 700 thousand roubles.
Our reporter Hleb Paulouski watched the case for two weeks:
“Let us remind you the Alyaksandr Vasіliyeu was detained by the police on the day of an entrepreneurs’ protest action - on January 21. He was accused of using bad language in a public place (hooliganism) and disobedience to the police. As it usually happens, the two policemen who detained the activist of the entrepreneurs’ movement witnessed against him.
The hearing of the case was put off twice because of contradictory statements of the policemen. The judge closed the case on hooliganism against Vasiliyeu and fined him for 700 thousand roubles for “disobedience to the police” this morning.
