Policemen Kostachka and Byarozka are watching Ales Puskin’s house in Bobr - photo report

Policemen are preventing Ales Pushkin from conducting an action dated for the 90th anniversary of the Belarusian People’s Republic in the central square of the town. A police post has been placed near his house. That is what Ales Pushkin said to ERB:

"A full police car approached my house at 9 a.m. The senior lieutenant, the district police officer Andrei Kanstantsinavich Byarozka, a captain and an officer of the criminal investigation department of Krupski District Department of the Interior Valery Leanidavich Kostachka entered my house. I know them very well because they are always arresting me.

The deputy head of the criminal investigation department of Krupski District Department of the Interior, lieutenant colonel Andrei Rychardavich Rabovich was also there. They asked me what I was going to do and I said: “I have my own plans”. They suggested: “Let’s go to the police office”. I answered: “No! I won’t make it easier for you. Let’s struggle. Let’s make pictures of you dragging me with my cell phone. Children will remember it”.

According to Pushkin, they left and held a council after that. Now a police car is waiting near the house.

Let us remind you that the artist was going to organize a performance in the central square of Bobr together with his family: they were going to put a table with many starling-houses and flags there, to give out calendars and to invite people to help themselves on the cake.

Ales Pushkіn says he is not going to leave his house because he is sure he will be detained right after that.
