Radziwiłłs’ treasure to be searched in Nyasvizh again
Specialists from the Institute of History of the national Academy of Siences will examine the territory of Nyasvizh Castle.
Lyavon Radziwiłł’s niece Diana Radziwiłł-Karaba mentioned the hidden treasure during her visit to Belarus in the summer of 2014, BELTA reports. The last owner of the treasure hid his personal valuables a few days before the arrival of the Red Army in September 1939. Archaeologists know the approximate whereabouts of the treasure.
Tourists will be able to watch the search.
