Air defense forces conduct trainings with combat firing
The operative-tactical trainings are held from July 31 till September 15.
The troops of the Western
operative-tactical officership of the air defense forces and troops for air
defense of the Armed Forces of Belarus participate in the trainings.
According to BelaPAN, the Ministry of Defense informed about the trainings a week
after their start. During the first stage, they worked on transferring from
peaceful time to war, preparation and conducting of battle actions when
reflecting impacts from the air. The second stage will be dedicated to the
march by the railway and air echelons to a new position area.
Combat firing will
be conducted at two fire grounds in Russia - at the fire ground Ashuluk in
Astrakhan district and Telemba in Transbaikal.
