Ales Mikhalevich released by New York airport police
The Belarusian political refugee is free from U.S. police custody 12 hours after having tasted the American handcuffs and search procedures.
The Belarusian ex-presidential candidate has also written on his Facebook page that Interpol bureau in Washington, D.C. apparently has not deleted his name from their database yet.
Mikhalevich was put on Interpol wanted list after his escape from Belarus. He has had problems with crossing the Polish border before as he was on the Interpol's list. This time he was detained by the U.S. immigration services.
