Andrei Sannikau greets women on March 8
The political prisoner's lawyer met with him in the colony "Vitsba-3" today.
According to the information provided by BelaPAN, they talked mostly about 'legal
issues". There were representatives of the colony and they prohibited Andrei
Sannikau to speak about his health and confinement conditions.
Sannikau asked his wife Iryna Khalip in a letter to congratulate all women on
March 8. He wrote that he assured once again that Belarusian women are the most
beautiful and devoted.
Let us remind you, ex-presidential candidate Andrei Sannikau was sentenced to 5
years of imprisonment in a reinforced-security colony in May 2011. He was
considered guilty of organization of mass disturbances.
