Another Sannikau’s lawyer may be deprived of license
Andrei Varvashevich has been disbarred. The same decision was taken about Pavel Sapelka earlier.
Varvashevich has been disbarred “for violations inadmissible for a lawyer”. According to the website “Charter’97”, the reason for it was the fact that he was subjected to administrative responsibility after a dubious accusation. The lawyer pled not guilty. According to the law, disbarred lawyers may be deprived of their licenses by the Ministry of Justice.
