Belarus denies visas to OSCE observers
Observation mission coordinator Matteo Mecacci regrets Minsk's decision.
Two parliamentaries from Germany and Lithuania did not get the visas, Radio Liberty informs. They planned to observe the election to the House of Representatives.
According to Mecacci, he hopes to get full explanations in this regard from the authorities.
