Belarusians convince Russians that euro is Zimbabwe and Slovenia's currency
Two Belarusians have been detained in Smolensk Oblast. They will stand trial for trying to exchange counterfeit money in Russia.
According to the website vesti.ru, the men bought expensive jewellery for counterfeit euro. One of them was wanted in Russia at that moment.
The banknotes were made on the basis of the currencies of Zimbabwe and the Republic of Slovenia. Cameras in the shop registered them. It helped the police distribute information about them in all the districts of the region.
