Case of Khalip, Sieviarynets, Martsaleu sent to Zavodzki district court
All of them are accused under Part 1 article 342 of the Criminal Code of Belarus— participation in the actions which violate public order or their organization.
Minsk city court passed the case to the Zavodzki district court of Minsk. The date of the trial has not been appointed yet.
The persons named in the case are a journalist and ex-presidential candidate Andrej Sannikau's wife Iryna Khalip, a Co-Chairman of the Belarusian Christian Democracy party Paval Sieviarynets and a head of the ex-presidential candidate Mikalaj Statkevich's HQ Siarhej Martsaleu.
