Export restrictions introduced in Belarus today
The government does not allow physical entities to export goods from Belarus if their quantity exceeds certain norms.
If the norm is exceeded, you will have to pay a special customs fee – the double average cost of the mentioned goods. A restriction has also been imposed on petrol – not more than 200 litres per truck, informs BelTA.
The export norms are as follows: beef, fowl, sugar, flower and cheese – 2 kilos, butter – 1 kilo, Belarusian tobacco goods – 2 packs, tinned meat and milk - 5 cans.
There are also goods that are forbidden to be exported: Belarusian refrigerators and deep-freezers, gas-stoves, cement, detergents, cereals and pasta.
