Exported petrol to be charged with export fee since today
Lukashenka has said that increasing prices for fuel at the internal market would have been a market measure, but this step is "a forced, but necessary one".
Petrol, exported by a physical person more than once within 5 days, will be charged with export fee.
This is stated in the Regulation of the Council of Ministers No. 753 dated June
10.
This regulation does not concern:
— employees of diplomatic missions, consular establishments, international
organizations, representatives of the above-mentioned organizations and their
family members;
— physical persons who work in state bodies and other state institutions, also
military men, representatives of administration and men of the internal
affairs' bodies, emergency situations authorities and sub-divisions thereof,
financial investigation bodies, who go abroad on business trips;
— physical persons who go abroad for medical treatment or consultations;
— employees of state organizations-members of the Customs Union located at the
territory of foreign states;
— drivers who conduct international transportation of passengers;
— physical persons who cross the customs border of the Customs Union on the
ground of working visas.
Aliaksandr Lukashenka has said in this regard that it would have been
reasonable to increase prices for fuel at the internal market, acting in the
framework of marketing measures, but this is impossible in the current
situation. "Therefore, we are forced
to take the following step, unfortunately - to stop non-sanctioned export of
goods from the territory of Belarus", — Lukashenka has said.
Export
customs fee for petrol will make 415,8 USD for 1 ton, for liquid fuel — 215,8
USD for 1 ton, BelaPAN informs.
