Homel inhabitants owe about Br5bn for communal services
More than 30 thousand Homel families regularly avoid paying for the communal services.
The communal services have started using people to make them pay the debt. About 9 thousand suites were brought in the first nine months of the year – that is one thousand a month. 16 people have been resettled. According to Homel radio, explanatory conversations with debtors are being organized.
