Lukashenka asks KGB about Belarus-West relations
The Belarusian President has listened to KGB head's report today.
Lukashenka asked about the tendencies of improving relations with Belarus observed in the West, BELTA reports. "Naturally, we are watching the main directions of our foreign policy. What are the recent tendencies observed in relations with the western states like the United States of America and the European Union? I have seen mass media and our internal sources mentioning the fact that the West is interested in establishing constructive relations with us. How do you think, what is going on, is there any progress?" the state leader said.
Lukashenka noted that the head for KGB had made a regular annual report and that there was nothing special about it. But he urged to keep our powder dry "to resist the negative tendencies in our country and abroad".
