Lukashenka pardons 11 Dec.19 convicts (UPDATED)
According to unofficial sources, the names of two pardoned convicts have become known – Pavel Vinahradau and Fyodar Mirzayanau.
Both of them were imprisoned in the colony “Wolves’ Burrows”.
The Belarusian state leader has signed a number of decrees. In particular, 11 people have been pardoned.
The names of the pardoned prisoners have not been announced.
Alyaksandr Lukashenka has also approved the EurAsEC Privileges and Immunities Convention as the basis for negotiations, informs BelTA.
