Minsk city executive committee to provide 10 th. USD to victims' families
Apart from this, they will assist the victims' relatives in organization of funerals.
Psychologists' help will also be provided to them. The Minsk city executive committee's head Mikalaj Ladutska has informed about this.
Ladutska: "A special committee has been creted upon the order of the state leader to render aid to the blast casualties. Today we know all the names of the victims. Nine people were identified by 9 a.m. Our employees, representatives of district administrations, pshychologists are working with all the relatives of the deceased - they are organizing necessary actions and measures to provide help or organize funerals."
