OSCE criticizes election in Russia
The candidates did not have equal opportunitites during the presidential electoral campaign in Russia.
Head of the observing mission of the OSCE Bureau on democratic institutions and human rights Heidi Tagliavini has expressed such opinion.
OSCE's representative Tonino Picula has noted that "there was a shift of emphasis" in favour of one candidate - Vladimir Putin, ВВС informs.
Alongside with that, the OSCE observers negatively estimated the process of counting votes at the presidential election in Russia at nearly one third of the polling stations.
