It has appeared in Minsk.
The graffiti is dated for the 150th anniversary of the uprising against the Russian Empire marked today.
It was drawn by fans of one of Minsk football clubs, Nasha Niva reports.
The Belarusian Ministry of Culture announced earlier that no republican events would be organized to mark the 150th anniversary of the liberation uprising.
