Rain defeats censorship in Homel (photo)
The balck ink, which covered the names of the prohibited bands "Liapis Trubetskoy" and "Tarakany" on the posters, was washed off by rain.
Posters of "Cubana" festival, which is to take place in Russia, appeared in Homel recently. Among the participants - the above-mentioned bands, "blacklisted" by the Belarusian authorities. Although they were going to perform outside Belarus, their names were crossed out with a black marker.
However, now the names of both "Liapis Trubetskoy" and "Tarakany" are clearly seen.
