Restraint for Pavel Vinahradau amended
The Maskouski district court of Minsk considered the case of the former political prisoner on Tuesday.
As a result, the regime of preventive
supervision has been imposed on the 23-year-old Pavel Vinahradau for two years.
He is supposed to be at home from 8 p.m. till 7 a.m. The "Tell the
Truth" activist will be able to leave Minsk only with the police's permit,
reports Radio Liberty.
It was stated in court that the reasons for this change of restraint were his
contacts with the persons who had administrative punishments (he served 25 days
of arrest in the Akrestsina street detention center this year) and absence of a
steady job.
Let us remind you, Pavel Vinahradau was sentenced to 4 years of imprisonment
for the Square case, and was pardoned and released in September 2011.
