Sikorski and Clinton discuss Belarus
U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski have discussed the situation in Belarus in Washington.
According to Sikorski, Poland and the USA have worked out ways of closer cooperation in the issue of monitoring the situation in Belarus, reports Radio Liberty.
Let us remind you that when EU-Belarus relations improved, Poland was one of the initiators of a dialogue with the official Minsk. However, after the dispersal of the peaceful action in Minsk on December 19, 2010, Warsaw became the most active European lobbyist of strengthening sanctions against the Belarusian administration.
