Traffic police car crashes in Minsk (photo)
The incident happened this morining in the Kastrychnitski district of Minsk. The traffic policemen were seriously injured.
The driver of Volkswagen Polo did not stop
upon the demand of the traffic police inspectors and they started following
him. The crew of the Moscow district traffic police joined them soon. The
inspector driving a Lada Priora lost control in the Railway Street and the car
collided into a light post. The driver and another traffic policeman got
serious injuries. Rescuers dragged them out of the damaged cars with the help
of special equipment.
According to the
information provided by BELTA, the law-breaker was detained in the Lyubimau Avenue. It
turned out that he was drunk - the content of alcohol in his blood reached 1,77 parts per mille. Moreover, the man had no driver's
license.
