Trial against detained opposition activists to start at 12
Syarhei Atroshchankau, the father of one of the detainees, has informed this.
According to him, it will be a mobile trial, in the line police department at the railway station in Vorsha. According to Belarusian legislation, administrative trials cannot be closed. However, Syarhei Atroshchankau is not sure whether the detainees' relatives and friends will be admitted to the trial.
Let us remind you, Syarhei Kalyakin, Anatol Lyabedzka and Alyaksandr Atroshchankau were taken off the Minsk-Moscow train in Vorsha at night on March 28. They were going to Moscow from where they wanted to fly to Brussels to meet with representatives of the European Commission.
According to the preliminary information, the "travel banned" opposition activists are accused of petty hooliganism.
