Russia, Moldova in secret talks

Moscow can keep its presence in Pridnestrovye, while the Moldova's wines could return to the Russian stores.
Reports leaked in the media that Russian and Moldovan presidents were in bilareral talks. Possibly, an agreement could be signed behind the other negotiating signs -- Ukraine, the Council of Europe and United States who have an observer status in the conflict.
