Rymasheuski promotes Christian Belarus and promises to cancel assignment
A presidential candidate Vital Rymasheuski has made a speech on state TV and claimed that he saw Belarus as a country that would live according to Christian principles. The politician promised to conduct a policy aimed at supporting every citizen and oriented at Christian and family values. It will be a pro-Belarusian policy oriented at Belarus itself rather than at the West or the East. Vital Rymasheuski thinks that corruption is the main problem of modern Belarus. According to to him, corruption in the country has reached 100%. Rymasheuski suggested reducing the number of officials by three times to stop the corruption. Professionals and Christians or people having positive personal traits should be appointed heads of big enterprises and state organizations.
The co-leader of “Belarusian Christian Democracy” is also planning to use 20% of big enterprises like “Belarus Potassium” for the pension fund to increase pensions this way. The presidential candidate suggested creating favorable conditions for business. He promised that long-term rates would not exceed 3%, the customs duty for cars imported from Europe would be cancelled and wages would be increased significantly.
Cancellation of assignment for university graduates, returning churches to believers and taking casinos and entertainment clubs out of the city were among the other promises.
