Teachers to join defenders of the Old Town of Hrodna
A group of teachers from the local university urged the authorities to stop destroying the Old Town of Hrodna.
Teachers drew attention to the fact that destruction of the city’s historical face was going on under the name of “reconstruction”.
The teachers say that the authorities’ actions are thoughtless. They add that destroying the history you are also destroying the future. At the same time a group of architects from Minsk has already visited the buildings the authorities are going to destroy.
The results of the expertise will be available on Wednesday.
