Tsihan and Dzevyatouski send package to IOC

Belarusian sportsmen Ivan Tsihan and Vadzim Dzevyatouski accused of using forbidden substances have sent a package to the disciplinary commission of the International Olympic Committee. The legal, medical and other documents the Belarusian sportsmen consider helpful in disputing the accusation of using forbidden substances had to be presented to the IOC by October 17. Now the Olympic Committee will have to take its decision.
