Ukrainian political scientist: Army approaches Kiev
Ex-deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Valeri Chaly has told it to Euroradio.
It may result in a wave of refugees in the European Union, Chaly thinks.
Valeri Chaly: "Army units are heading for Kiev according to the order pronounced by the President and the Minister of Defence. This is Dnepropetrovsk landing unit, a special regiment… It may result in a totally different scenario with dozens and hundreds of thousands of refugees at the EU border.”
