Will Victar Sheiman be sent to Venezuela to get a credit for Belarus?

The decision about a long-term credit Venezuela may give to Belarus will probably be taken during the visit of a Belarusian delegation headed by the State Security Secretary Victar Sheiman to Caracas in February.
The Venezuelan chargé d'affaires pro tempore to Belarus Americo Dias Nunhes informed about it. The diplomat did not specify the sum of the credit and noted that it was “confidential information”. However, he said that it was “a quite great amount of money”.
