Youth stage Valentine's Day action in central Minsk
A youth action to mark the Valentine's Day began today at 1700 on Freedom Square in downtown Minsk. Some 50 people, including former political prisoners Zmitser Dashkevich and Arthur Finkevich, politician Alexander Milinkevich took part. They were holding white-red-white baloons and flags and shouting "Long Live Belarus!".
The police was recording the participants on video but did not disrupt the action, reports Nasha Niva.
The French Embassy, located on Freedom Square, was the first diplomatic mission visited by the youth.
