Youth starts a campaign to release Finkevich
Young opposition members have started a campaign aimed at releasing Artur Finkevich. Mahileu Court sentenced him to 1.5 years of imprisonment, reports Radio Liberty.
Youth activists drew a portrait of Finkevich and wrote “Freedom” on the spot where Artur Finkevich made a political graffiti once. Youth activists assured that the actions would be organized every day.
There will be flash-mobs, transparencies and other actions. Meanwhile, representatives of an unregistered organization “Initiative” have started collecting greeting of Minsk inhabitants for political prisoners.
They are collecting written greetings from Minskers and will send them to prisons where political prisoners Alyaksandr Kazulin, Andrei Klimau, Zmitser Dashkevich and Artur Finkevich are being kept.
