13:29 Russia does not refuse stabilization credit to Belarus
The Russian Ambassador Alexander Surikov has informed about it. According to him, it is necessary to prove that it would be possible to get the credit back later.
”It can be state guarantees or it can be guaranteed on the basis of the property complex”.
The ambassador also noted that budget credits will be given out “for a fourth of the Central Bank’s bank-rate”.
Let us remind you that on February 23 the Belarusian government asked Russia to give our country a stabilization credit of 1.5 billion USD in connection with the increase in energy carriers’ prices.
Later the sum was reduced to 1 billion USD.
