2 Minskers became frost victims yesterday
Two people became frost victims in Minsk yesterday. They were taken to hospital with the diagnosis “supercooling”. “Interfax” notes that 8 more people were injured due to the ice-crusted ground. On the whole, more than 250 Minskers have received injuries due to ice-crusted ground and asked for medical assistance since the beginning of the year. 48 people were taken to hospital because of supercooling.
