All arrested entrepreneurs released from detention center in Minsk
Five people, sentenced to an administrative arrest for taking part in the protest actions of entrepreneurs, on Tuesday walked out free from a detention center on Akrestsina Street in Minsk. Arthur Pedzko, Vital Kykresch, Mikola Shautsou and Uladzimir Nyapomnyaschykh spent 15 days behind bars. Pavel Kuryanovich was detained on the Solidarity Day of January 16 and stayed for 20 days in the detention center.
Presently, there is not a single opposition member in Belarus's main political prison.
In January-February 2008, at least 50 people served various administrative arrest terms. Andrei Kim has been transferred to a pre-trial investigation custody, reports Radio Svaboda.
