A.Lukashenka: Opposition will continue catching it in the neck
Alyaksandr Lukashenka made some harsh statements about the opposition during his yesterday’s visit to the “Raubichy” sports complex.
One of the statements was: “This opposition will catch it in the neck if they continue destabilizing the situation in the country”, - informs BelaPAN quoting the Belarusian leader.
In the state leader’s opinion, the Belarusian opposition cannot appear because it is has little in common with the people and with the people’s problems and not because of the pressure exercised on it. Lukashenka is sure that his policy is the people’s policy. According to him, the opposition is against the President and it means that it is against the people so it is not supported.
Meanwhile, Lukashenka promised that the authorities would not treat the opposition the way they used to.
