Anzhalika Borys to stand trial in economic court
A Hrodna company “Palonika” will have to give account for its activities in the economic court because the regional tax inspectorate has sent its materials there. The head of the company is Anzhalika Borys – head of the Union of Poles not recognized by the authorities, reports Radio “Liberty”.
Hrodna Region tax inspectorate thinks that the company has committed numerous violations. In particular, “Palonika” is accused of illegal legalization of the humanitarian assistance alocated by the association “Wspólnota Polska”. “Palonika” received $30 thousand from Poland. The money was allocated according to a business contract, however, tax inspectors say that it was humanitarian assistance.
