Avakov's adviser: presence of terrorists in Minsk is a disgrace
Zoryan Shkirak, Adviser to Arsen Avakov, commented on speeches in Minsk.
It should be recalled that on September 1 in the Belarusian capital took place a meeting of the contact group of representatives from Ukraine, Russia, the OSCE and the self-proclaimed republics PRD and PRL. At the meeting the settlement of the Ukrainian crisis was discussed.
Here's a view of this event expressed by adviser Zoryan Shkirak in the comment to Euroradio:
"I think that even their very presence (representatives of the self-proclaimed republics) is a disgrace, including the one for Minsk, which makes attempts to somehow "rectify" this situation. This is wrong. Ukraine will never sit at the negotiating table with international terrorists."
Shkirak reminded that the terrorists killed a lot of people, including civilians, destroyed the infrastructure of Donbas, destroyed many villages. Therefore, the position of the Ukrainian authorities should be the following one: the terrorists must be destroyed, or they will lay down their arms and surrender to the legitimate authority.
As for the Minsk talks and participation of Kiev representative (ex-president Leonid Kuchma), Shkirak considers them not serious. Accordingly, you should not expect them to give actual results.
