Brest activist released until trial
Palina Sharenda-Panasiuk, detained at about 13.00 near Kalgasny market, was released in the evening and let go to her 2-year-old son.
Her husband's parents informed Euroradio about this. Palina's relatives and Brest human rights defenders filed an appeal and it facilitated her temporary release.
Palina Sharenda-Panasiuk was detained for gluing posters in defense of political prisoners, and hoisting the national white-red-white flag. She is also accused of resistance to a policeman.
The civil activist will stand trial at 9.30 on Monday.
