Capacity of Belarusian refineries decreases by 40%
The daily processing of oil at each of the two Belarusian refineries (Mazyr plant and Naftan) has decreased by 40%. “Interfax” informs that the daily processing used to be 30-31 thousand tons in December 2009 while it is 19 thousand tons as of January 18. According to the agency, the capacity of the plants is close to the minimum in connection with the absence of oil import contracts.
