CEC: Turnout already above 42%
The turnout reached 42.3% at 12 p.m. in Belarus. Almost half of all voters have already voted in Vitsebsk, Mahilyou and Homel Provinces. The least people have voted in Minsk – 33.48%, the CEC website reports.
The turnout reached 31.29% in 5 days of the early vote, Euroradio reported. This is a new record at Belarusian parliamentary elections.
