Swedish court cuts down one year of imprisonment for Volha Klaskouskaya
Volha Klaskouskaya will now stay in a Swedish prison for 7 years.
The Swedish Court of Appeals announced this decision on November 5, Radio Liberty informs. The term was cut down as it was established that Volha had lived in the atmosphere of psychological stress and pressing for a long time.
Klaskouskaya is accused of attempted homicide of her husband - Swedish citizen with Turkish roots Gökay Bezgin.
Belarusian citizen Volha Klaskouskaya was arrested in Sweden back on March 30. The court sentenced her to 8 years of imprisonment on August 23. She is also obliged to pay her ex-husband a 110 thousand SK compensation.
